WEDNESDAY SPEED
SUNDAY SOCIAL RUN IS WHERE IT ALL STARTED. THIS WEEKLY CATCH UP IS BUILT ON THE FOUNDATIONS OF OUR COMMUNITY. WE MEET FOR MOVEMENT AT 7AM BEFORE WE RUN, WALK OR JOG OUT WAY THROUGH TOWN!
OUR ROUTE IS AN OUT AND BACK COURSE. WE AIM FOR 50 MINS OF MOVEMENT (TURN AROUND AFTER 25) SO WE ALL MEET BACK AROUND THE SAME TIME. THEN WE GO FOR A QUICK DIP IN THE OCEAN AND HEAD UP TO TOPSHOP FOR A COFFEE ALL TOGETHER.
A WHOLESOME MORNING OF MOVEMENT SURROUNDED BY A LIKEMINDED COMMUNITY.

WEDNESDAY SPEED NIGHT is one of Byron Bays fastest growing group workouts. These high intensity sessions are programmed to take your running to the next level.
THESE SESSIONS ARE PROGRAMMED AND FACILITATED BY OUR FOUNDER AND COACH NATE. OUR SPEED SESSIONS ARE ALL ABOUT UPLIFTING EACH OTHER AND PUTTING IN THE WORK. THESE CHALLENGING SPRINT, HILL, TEMPO AND INTERVAL SESSIONS WILL UNLEASH THE REAL SPEED DEMON WITHIN.
